As sisters,
mothers, wives and with a household to run we can't always attend
meetings at a regular time. This seems to be a problem especially for
mothers of young children. Alhamdulillaah. We have faced this problem
and decided to do something about it, insha'Allaah.
Learning together has great benefits - you can have a sense of
competition and at the same time you can support and encourage each
other and help each other to understand the topics even better,
insha'Allaah.
Allah says, "The believers, men and women, are Auliya (helpers,
supporters, friends, protectors) of one another, they enjoin (on
people) Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders
one to do), and forbids (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. polytheism and
disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islam has forbidden); they offer
their prayers perfectly (Iqamat-as-Salat); and give the Zakat and obey
Allah and His Messenger. Allah will have His mercy upon them. Surely,
Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise." (At-Tauba 9:71)
Muslimah Connection gives you an opportunity to follow a study
schedule. Each month we study a topic together - we listen to lectures
and read articles. Questions are given so that you can check you
understanding. And if you didn't understand something, there's a group
of sisters ready to help you inshaAllaah!
The halaqah is arranged completely online and you will not need to buy
any books. All material can be downloaded online inshaAllaah. To
receive the halaqah lessons you will need to join our Egroup
inshaAllaah. Also the previous halaqahs can be found at our Egroup site
(you will need to join first to get access to archives and files
section).
